Our Promise: If you are not completely satisfied with any product we deliver, East Rockaway Florist will be more than happy to help resolve any problem. We guarantee freshness, quality and on-time delivery.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of your dissatisfaction and we will be happy to pick up and replace the item delivered. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a complete refund with the return of the item delivered. If you notify us after 48 hours of delivery but within 7 days of delivery, partial credit may be available based on the problem encountered. Please note, our guarantee extends to both the deliveries we make, and orders that may be called to our affiliate florists.
Should a problem arise, all we need is for you to notify us within 48 hours of delivery of your order. You may call us at (516) 568-7077, come in person, or write to us by email. Simply explain the problem you have experienced and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
